The location, convenient and near shopping center, train station, and landmarks. Comfortable bedroom with enough electric outlets. Excellent breakfast, good service, and large room. Three nice restaurants in the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, with a famous temple just a 15-minute walk away. I was able to explore the city easily, thanks to its close proximity to the Taiwan Railroad Station and a nearby shopping center. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a plush leather sofa chair and plenty of electric outlets. The three on-site restaurants provided delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The service was top-notch, with the staff always willing to assist and resolve any issues promptly. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Though there was nowhere to sit at the bakery, we hope to see more seating in the area in the future.

The hotel lacked basic amenities such as more than one roll of toilet paper and shampoo in the room.

Great location in the heart of the city and comfortable rooms that looked modern with a shower and other amenities that are up to standard. It was a walking distance to the shopping place, restaurants, and other attractions. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide array of options.

The gym is not functional and, from the look of it, it has not been for quite some time. The staff was somewhat unenthusiastic in dealing with our complaints and inquiries. We experienced high noise levels from the street during the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the value for the money spent was not worth it.

The hotel room was comfortable and well-designed, offering a great view of the area. the staff were friendly and very helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. the location was perfect, close to local eateries and within walking distance to popular landmarks.

The breakfast buffet was a bit lackluster, with limited options and some plates feeling oily. the bathroom could have been nicer and less mildewy, with an extra roll of toilet paper would have been appreciated.
